Thanksgiving, birthdays, my niece and black friday!

Easton loved his first thanksgiving my mom made him a yam and potatoes with squish. instead of spoon feeding him i putt some on his tray and let him feed himself at first he was just playing with it then he reaslised he could put it in his mouth and once he did that he was really excited he started clapping and doing so big. at that point i realised he was putting food all in his hair. he even had food stuck in the top of his diaper and in his belly button!

november is one of the busiest months in my family both my nephews have birthdays. my very first nephew caiden is turning 3 on monday! hes turned into such a little boy and soo smart. my 2nd nephew the big suprise auntie loves turned 2 on nov 5th! he says the darnest things with that adorable mouth. both theses boys are great cousins and there both going to be great big brothers

YUP! mandy his pregnant with a GIRL!! we are all so excited! shes going to be a tough girl will all theses boys around but still a girly girl. in a few years we will have a girl joining the other girls for black friday

every year my mom and sisters and i go shopping for black friday we get up when stores open and start shopping. we all have so much fun and lots of laughs. we make so many fun memories every year and i hope as our families keep growing us girls always find time for each other and im sure we will keep adding girls to our black friday shopping trips! love you girls!

 SO BIG!!!
 im getting full
okay no im not!

almost 9 months :)

sorry its been awhile since ive blogged its hard getting a chance to. Easton is now almost 9 months old i cant believe it. we love every minute with him. he just started stranger danger haha. he always wants Austin and I over others ( we really love this) as much as we love it we know we need to get him over this stage. he started to really like attention i have a good story. one day i left him on the floor playing with toys so i could go make myself breakfest. all of a sudden i hear him choking so i come running to him and he looks up and smiles. so i walked away thinking hes okay but then it happened again at that point i knew he was doing it so i'd come to him i thought it was cute but also not good you cant ignore something like that cause one time he could really be choking luckly he doesnt do it as much. Easton has really cought on to things lately all in 2 weeks he learned to wave, clap, and do SO BIG! for awhile now hes known how to do motorboat with his mouth it was more like spitting but hes gotten over that. right now we are working on crawling which he does backwards slittly. he'll catch on soon its mostly are faults cause we didnt do alot of time tummy like we should of. sumthings easton loves right now are, sleeping, being naked, being tickled, mommy and daddy, his cousins caiden and landon, eatting and his bottles. I stopped breastfeeding at 6 months not by choice i just stopped producing enough for him i really miss it and it was hard getting use to formla for both of us but it ended up being okay for us both. Austin and i can get out on date nights or just to take a drive to places we went when we first started dating and thanks to my parents who always watch him for us! hes a great boyfriend and daddy we have alot of fun with him.

5 Months already!

we can not believe how fast time has gone our little boy isnt so little anymore. we've been getting use to being parents and are fianlly figuring out a great schedule. sorry i havent posted anything since hes been born. Easton is now 5 months old. he weights 16.8 (58%) and his height is 23 1/2 (34%) hes a shorty. hes so much like Austin he loves to smile at everyone and laughs at everything but he has mommys attitude and gets being stubborn from me. he rolls from his tummy to his back but has not yet rolled from back to tummy, he rolls to the side then stops because he knows he can see everything better from his side then his tummy. Easton loves the itsy bitsy spider he puts his hands up like a sun at the "out came the sun" part and also plays peek a boo but hasnt got the idea to cover both eyes not just one. three days ago easton learned to sit up all by himself and now he gets overly excited when we all clap for him. he loves just to chill and watch everyone around him. hes not a fussy baby unless hes hungry ( just like daddy LOL). Eastons best friends our his cousins Caiden and Landon who adore him so much. he gets lots of kisses and hugs from them. Easton loves hanging out and watching baseball with daddy  but i think he loves nap time with mommy more :). we took easton on his very first camping trip, which went alot better then i thought i made sure to keep his schedule and routines the same.

Welcome Easton!!!

March 11th 2011 Easton Anthony Hunt joined the world at 10:35pm weighting 7lbs 9ozs and 20ins long. Friday morning i was induced at 7am. it was a very easy labor i only felt about 5 contractions before getting the epidural. at about 8pm i started pushing but then Eastons heart rate started dropping, doctors and nurses flipped me back and forth on my sides till he turned off his cord and then again we started pushing... till the doctor noticed Easton was face up i stopped pushing and again was flipped on my side and about 5 minutes later i told austin i felt him roll over and then i felt this incrediable amount of pressure at about 9:45. Besides seeing my son for the first time my favorite part about the whole thing is i got to share it with people that mean the most to me, Austin was right there next to me and behind him was my mom and three sisters. Austin was amazing through the whole thing with every contraction he was quiet to let me focus and let me squeeze the crap out of his hand.

Dear Easton

Your two weeks old now and bring tons of joy to us. you are the cutest little guy i ever seen. I love that you look like Daddy. Even more i love our feeding times together. Your daddy is the proudiest dad ive ever known he hates leaving you to go to school or if he knows he'll be gone a long time he wont go. in the last two weeks you've taught us things you like and dont like. which i might add you pretty much love everything you are an amazing baby you cry only when your hungry, you love being talked to and love your head rubbed. you sleep amazing at night! (you probably get that from mommy i love sleeping!) you have been such a blessing to us and we are so happy god gave you to us. we promise to create an amazing life for you and to always be here for you.

                                                              WE LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!

Early Labor...

Friday morning i woke up alot earlier then normal and just didnt feel tired. i decided to shower and get my day going. i went and got my nails done, on the way there i kept getting this shooting back pain and just could not walk fast (im sure i looked like a turtle walking into the place) but i just ignored it. after i got my nails done i went home and called my sister Mandy who convinced me to call the doctor (actually kinda yelled at me and threatened me)  i called the doctor and the nurse who i spoke to told me to get to the hospital right away. i called austin but got no answer... he texted me saying "im in the store whats up" ( he was getting my valentines day present, Yes! ladies he doesnt wait last minute ;) haha) i replyed "come get me we need to get to the hopsital". he was at the house in no time flat unfortunatly he was in the black beast ( his huge truck) yup try climbing in that with contractions and being 9 months pregnant. we got to the hospital about 4ish and was on the monitors. all Austin could say was " Woah! look at that mountain with every contraction" and i sat there like "uh thanks i know!!!". then the doctor came into check my cervix and said i was 2cm dialated and the baby was in a good low position for that. she told us to get up and walk around for an hour to see if i'd keep dialating.... unfortunatly i wasnt changing any yet but she was sure i was in early labor and thought we'd be back in the morning.  we went home and put some sweats on and headed to get the car seat ( thank you grandma Kay!!!) and got some dinner with austins mom. i got no sleep that night but austin sure did which was great so that he could take care of me. it had been about 24 hours of contractions but the pain was the same the whole time. we took lots of walks and played wii. at 9pm the next night we were back at the hosptial to find out that my contractions were now irregular and i was still 2cm but since Easton was doing so great they didnt wanna induce me and put risk on him getting stressed out or me. All doctors could say is you could feel like this for days or weeks. but im sure this week will be it. and the thing that made me really mad is all they wanted to do is give me morphine for the pain lets add ive never taken morphine in my life and ive learned that alot of people turn out allergic to it and what happened to get the baby out safe?! not lets give him drugs. now we sit and wait to see what happens we've tried lots of methods to get him out but now we both feel its on him now, he'll be ready soon enough i wont stay pregnant forever. if i need to stay in pain for my son to be ready its worth it.. THANK YOU EVERYONE for all your prayers and good thoughts they've really kept us going.

Austin getting much needed sleep!

34 weeks!

we've made it to 34 weeks! yay baby Easton! we've been busy getting his nursery already to go. Austin spend a whole day painting everything and didnt even make me help, i did alittle bit. then nana ( my mom) painted a piece of furniture for us. and of course his room is baseball theme'd, just like daddy would want it to be and its turning out very cute. im excited to see the finishing project and post pictures.

Dear Easton

this will be our last letter to you before you make your way into the world and then we'll get to write about the joy and happiness you've brought to us. its soo incredibly weird to think you could be here in 4 to 6 weeks. to us it seem like just yesterday we were counting down the days till we find out if your a boy or girl.(your a boy by the way you'll learn the diffrence fast) daddy can not wait till your here he already has some nicknames he plans on calling you and can not wait to watch red sox games with you. but if they end up not being your team you dont have to keep it from him he'll change your mind some how :).  in the last couple days i feel like you've really been doing good excerises to get ready to come out i just wish you'd drop down already so i dont have to feel it on my ribs anymore. lately my favorite thing is going to bed mainly cause i get to sleep but mostly because you get hickups around the sametime every night and around 3:30 am every night you wake me up for acouple hours and i now take the time to talk to you and sometimes read to you. we love you very much! keep growing big and strong
                                         your parents! :)
